Business Development Manager

Intetics Co. is one of North America's fast growing offshore software development organizations. With growth of over 70% in 2004 and projected 50% in 2005, US-Based Intetics is looking to expand our North American sales team, located in Chicago. With our offshore dedicated team (ODT) and other service models, we have seen intense growth in the small and medium sized business (SMB) market. We are now looking for the right Business Development Manager to help continue our growth.

Intetics Co. has an immediate need for a Business Development Manager with:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day sales relationship for Intetics with new and existing customer base.
• Drive growth of Offshore Dedicated Teams (ODT) and other services sales.
• Meet or exceed objectives in the areas of new revenue goal, cold calling and prospect management activities, customer satisfaction and market penetration.
• Aggressively identify, evaluate, develop and close new business opportunities, develop long-term client relationships, develop sales proposals, and conduct other related sales activities.
• Expand existing business through client relationship management.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans in support of business opportunities.
• Work closely with marketing and management to ensure the best possible service to the client.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of proven sales success in technology services, preferably in offshore software development services.
• Ability to cold call on prospective customers to present and close new sales.
• Understanding of the offshore software development model.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.
• Outstanding networking capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Project Managers

Specific Responsibilities:

The successful candidate has a minimum of 3 years of related experience and possesses the following key attributes and skills:

• Produce excellent reusable code, which can serve as an example to the team
• Develop and support custom applications, as well as extend 3rd party code bases
• Project management - demonstrable experience in specifying development project costs, resources and timelines, reporting to company directors
• Support and coordinate a team of 2-5 software developers
• Coordinate with client & 3rd party IT departments to Develop detailed project specifications and system architectures
• Coordinate with in-house graphic & GUI design services
• Proficiency in development of desktop and/or Internet applications

Lead Programmers

Specific Responsibilities:

The successful candidate has a minimum of 2 years of related experience and possesses the following key attributes and skills:

Programmers

What makes a good QA engineer?

Usually test engineers have a 'test to break' attitude, an ability to take the point of view of the customer, a strong desire for quality, and an attention to detail. Tact and diplomacy are useful in maintaining a cooperative relationship with developers, and an ability to communicate with both technical (developers) and non-technical (customers, management) people is useful. Previous software development experience is helpful as it provides a deeper understanding of the software development process, gives the tester an appreciation for the developers' point of view, and reduces the learning curve in automated test tool programming. And always remember, that bug preventing is much cheaper than bug finding and fixing.

Client Manager/Sales Manager

Specific Responsibilities:

• Generate new major accounts
• Maintain and grow business with existing clients
• Manage contracts/orders/requests
• Create proposals
• Develop and drive new sales and marketing strategies

Education & Skills:

• Higher education (economic or linguistic)
• Excellent English (and/or) German
• Knowledge of MS Office and Internet
• Marketing or Sales education and experience selling IT services is a big plus
• Knowledge and experience in the customer support
• Ability to forecast sales opportunities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Superior management and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently
• Experience in creative writing is a plus
