How it works?

Here is a short description of how Mortgage Marketplace™ works.

First, lenders register on the site and get access to their member area. Here they can input the data for the loan programs including guidelines, rates, etc. which assures the integrity of the data. Lenders have the capability to update programs and rates themselves. Lenders can also provide "information on demand" directly to the broker with up to the minute rate sheets, submission forms, broker packages, etc...

Brokers need to register to get access to the database of loan programs. They use a customizable search form to find the best match for their clients. They can indicate what criteria are of the highest priority to them, thus providing a higher closing ratio to the customers. In the event an exact match cannot be met, the system will automatically provide the broker with alternative loan programs.
