Development Process

Once we receive your full payment, we will start working on the initial concepts. When they are ready, we will email them to you for review. You will choose one of the four different logo samples and come back to us with the changes you want us to make. We will modify the design to your satisfaction. (Note: Additional charges will apply if the number of your revisions exceeds four.) After you approve the your final design, your Business Identity Package will be prepared and emailed to you. The stationary and business card designs will be based on your logo and emailed to you as well.

Note: Any outstanding payments due us must be paid prior to the final files being sent to you.

Payment

Business Identity Package design requires full payment in advance. We accept payments by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), check or wire transfer in almost any currency.

We will notify you as soon as we receive your check, so you will know when your project is started. There is no clearance delay for checks received.

Turnaround Time

We offer three modes of turnaround time: Normal, Urgent, and Emergency.

In the Normal mode, the initial designs (concepts) are developed and sent to you in 5 calendar days. This period of time is required to thoroughly research your business and understand all its details before we start creating your unique design. We may contact you by email for additional details and discussion.

In the Urgent mode (+20% "rush" fee), you will receive the initial design in 3 working days.

In the Emergency mode (+100% "rush" fee), we require only 24 hours to present the initial design to you, including weekends for orders received by Friday, 2 PM GMT-London (this corresponds to 9 AM EST-New York).

Logo Registration

We do not provide any Logo registration services. Although our intention is to always design original Logo designs, we do not take the responsibility for creating a Logo which is similar to one already in use. If this situation does occur we will modify your Logo free of charge (up to two alternations), assuming you notify us about the problem within six months of your payment.

Communication and Delivery

The communication about and delivery of the completed work will be conducted via email. You agree to confirm the receipt of all emails from us by sending our company a "return receipt" email. This ensures that there is a virtual "paper trail" documenting our communications throughout the process. The completed work will be delivered to you via email.

Additional Quotes

In some cases, we retain the right to issue an additional quote after receiving the payment for a project; we will do it if you request complicated programming and/or other custom features which are not part of the stated project plan. You will be advised if this is relevant to your project, and then have the option of accepting or rejecting this additional expense.

No Liability

In no event will Intetics Co./ Web Space Station^® be held liable for suitability, merchantability, or usability of products and services developed and delivered.

Copyright

Final products developed by Intetics Co./ Web Space Station^® are the sole property of the Customer once payment has been made in full. However, the initial concepts remain our property. We retain the right to place the products developed on the reference page of our Web site upon the receipt of your permission to do so. (This is highly recommended, as we will link them to your Web site, if available.)

Termination & "On Hold" Policies

Once payment is made, you may terminate the order, but you will not receive a refund. However, you can ask us to put a design "on hold" at any time, and then resume its development within six months of your payment.

Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions are the complete Agreement between Intetics Co./ Web Space Station^® and the Customer. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements or promises made by Intetics Co./ Web Space Station's representatives that differ in any way from these Terms and Conditions.
Any modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by the party or parties to be bound by modifications.
Any notices required under this Agreement must be delivered in person, mailed (properly addressed and with postage prepaid), faxed, or emailed to the party entitled to receive the notice.
The Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save, and hold Intetics Co./ Web Space Station^® harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Intetics Co./ Web Space Station^®, its agents, customers, officers, and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided, or performed, or agreed to be performed, or any product sold by the Customer, its agents, employees, or assigns. The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Intetics Co./ Web Space Station^® against liabilities arising out of (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Intetics Co./ Web Space Station^®; (2) any material supplied by Customer infringing or allegedly infringing the proprietary rights of a third party; and (3) copyright infringement. The Customer agrees to limit the liability of Intetics Co./ Web Space Station^® to the amount paid for service.
This Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the U.S.A. Venue for litigating any dispute under this Agreement shall be in the appropriate court in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A.
